But I was suggested that there are many legal issues involved in this procedure regarding the custom duties, etc. So I thought of providing a platform to the people all over World to book their orders for celebrating the special occasions in their lives just by the click of a mouse.
I thought of developing the site giftjaipur.com through which people can order lovely gifts for their loved ones. For this, I learned how to create an eCommerce website using joomla. Then I got to know about virturemart extension of joomla. After getting success in using this component, I literally fell in love with joomla. My dream of creating an eCommerce website has come true.
After the successful testing of virtuemart extension, the most important part of eCommerce website came and that was the designing part; for which a highly professional template was required. Somehow I managed to get a template which after lot of modification served the requirements of the desired design. I changed the logo, and many of the pictures to give it the exclusive look of giftjaipur.com
Finally I achieved in my goal of creating a sample website, with sample products added, so that I can ask the local vendor shops to display their products on the site.

Sales and marketing Experience
My first target was the florists who sell quality flowers. Some vendors showed a lot of interest and gave a fantastic response. Our requirement of their product picture and related data was duly fulfilled.
We got same response from the cake and chocolate vendors.

Experience of the first order
I got a phone call from Mr. Rahul works as a senior executive in Nokia Seamons. He wanted to present a birthday gift to his friend that would include a bunch of 20 red roses with a sunflower in between along with a birthday chocolate cake, and some chocolates. And this order was to be delivered at the midnight as he was planning for a surprise party. We packed all the items and in addition we also included some accessories like birthday cap, knife, candles, etc. which we thought were the small but important necessities of this order. This first order was very important to me and then Rahul’s feedback came. It was the happiest moment. He was overwhelmed by our service and our first order was a grand success.
